What a magical, magical night. I am not ashamed to say that I got a little misty-eyed several times during this set, especially during "Your Smile," "Anti-Gravity...," and "Don't Lie to Me." What a great thing it is to love a band that loves you back like this. I wish all of ya'll could've been there, but I can assure you, the show was recorded by multiple people, so hopefully you'll be hearing it soon.
Some of the songs (understandably) showed their "rust" ("Burma," "Anti-Gravity...," "Extension Cord"). But some of them sounded like the Features play them every show ("Paid to Think," "The Damage is Done," "Your Smile," "Serious," "Jurley," "Don't Lie..."). Perhaps we can hope and pray that some of these make it back into The Rotation, but even if we never hear any of them again, it was amazing. Thank you, Features!
P.S. The new song was awesome, albeit very "outside the box" for a Features song. I can't wait to hear this one develop.
