Ok, who has the setlist? Also, any reviews of the Chatanooga show? Man, I've missed like three shows in a row. Am I a bad Features fan?
I TOTALLY AGREE!

Keith, you are destined to rock. Never forget this.

Did anyone go to this show? No one's said anything about it. For that matter, no one's said anything the last few days; this place is dead.

Thanks bearhart, for the setlist.  Was it a big crowd?  Was the crowd into the Features?  Did you stay for Bare Jr?

the place was pretty packed (although the crowd was bigger for will hoge the night before). the audience seemed very receptive to the show, and most of the people that i talked to were there for the features. the audience really got into it (esp. the usual crowd pleasers- thursday, etc.) i only stayed for the first few songs of bare jr.- had a long drive home. i hated that the features were the opener, but on the other hand if it gets more people interested in their music it is worth it.

I am just bitter because it was 21 and over. Looks like my next chance is the Old Hickory hellhole...

the 12th and porter show actually wasn't 21+. they always say it is, but for the most part when the features have played, many people under 21 have gotten in without any problems. i don't know if that is always the case, but i think if you risked it you could probably get in.
maybe i could sing along
to your neverending songs,
i'm just looking for some fun

I had been told as much, and had managed to get into other 12th and Porter '21+' shows with no problem, but last Saturday the door-person had a stick up her ass.

wrangler definately has developed a reputation, huh? I wonder who started all that business?

usually, isn't the door-person at 12th and P. a 'friend of the Features' in some way?

I don't know what time the show starts on Sunday.  Maybe someone who has seen a show there before could answer.  I am a Next Generation Virgin, or at least a virgin to the place as a music venue.  All I know is, I'm going to be seeing the Features in the same room where I used to shoot pool with illegal Mexican immigrants.  Yay!  Life can be so strange.

I never thought of it, but Alias picked the perfect name!

I think Ernesto was the only real one of the bunch. (Ivan=Angel)

Hola Freaky Peoples!

First time caller, long time listener --- Just throwing my 2 cents in on the NashVegas show. I stumbled on The Features at a Dash Rip Rock show in Atlanta about a year ago but only caught 2 or 3 songs. However, I woke up the next morning to find a vinyl Features album in my possession and no recollection of purchasing it.  I recall enjoying the Features and desiring to see them again but always unable to make the Atlanta shows. When I heard about Bare Jr playing in Nashville I was considering going until I found out The Features were opening and then I was calling the boss to get the weekend off. I will definately be there for the next Atlanta show because Parrish didnt have change for the CD's I bought so he promised a beer!

Sid

P.S. The point of this post was about the show, it was OUTSTANDING!!!
Gabba Gabba Hey,
Sid
