TOPIC: I'm Sorry, so Sorry....

For all of you who were there last Friday, I apologize for Chattanooga. Many of you had first-hand experience of the intelligence and Southern hospitality, or lack there of. (See what happens when you don't get that high school degree. ) It was indeed a great show but way too much violence. Now you know why I don't attend many concerts here. (And knowing is half the battle...) For all of you true fans who attended, I apologize for the "muthafucker" who asked you all to "dance." You have to understand that in Chattanooga, some of the locals always think they are at a Monster Truck Rally, a car show, or a fucking Kid Rock concert. (Yep, unfortunately, that happened too last month.) Well, to say the least, I look forward to the show in Nashville. I'm sure it will be less fucked up than the one in Chattanooga. See you all there.

Awesome thanks for the apology but it's obvious it wasn't your fault though.

Whenever I leave the Murfreesboro/Nashville area, I become very aware of how great an area I live in. Sumner county was pretty boring (of course I was 10 at the time), there is nothing to do in Knoxville barring the Disc Exchange, and the Nooge beat me up. I heart my town.

Obviously, I am fucking computer illiterate and hit the send button twice. I need to go to sleep!
Yes, you are lucky to actually live in a cool city that gets good bands. It is very limited here in the Scenic City. And don't get me started on a little summer festival called Riverbend...! I'm sorry the Nooge beat you up. You could have asked someone from Beyonce if you could borrow their "light bright" device to shove it up the locals' asses.

Being a Chattanooga native, I also feel the need to apologize for the insanity at Friday night's show. In regard to the assholes in the crowd that night, all I can say is: what the fuck?! Of course, neither BittersweetMe nor I were to blame, but I would hate for people to be completely put off on Chattanooga's attempt at having a music scene. There are some people who are currently attempting to book good bands there, and trying to keep things alive. I think that the violence had to do with the choice of venues and the type of crowd that the Vineyard attracts, since nothing like this ever happened at Lamar's or the Attic. Maybe the upcoming Elf Power/De Novo Dahl show will be better in that respect, but I guess I wouldn't count on it.
Anyway, I'm glad you joined us BitterweetMe! cool.gif

Yeah, I agree. When Rollum picked that up it made me cringe.

Anyways, you shouldn't apologize for the idiots in Chattanooga. It's not your fault. I mean, I don't take it upon myself to apologize for all the skanks in Gallatin. wink.gif

I'm very glad that you true fans out there didn't hold any grudges for the other Chattanooga locals who were actually there for the show. I'll get out of this town one day, damn it. Have a nice night everyone.

I don't blame Chattanooga for a few violent fans. I mean, you guys don't blame Nashville for Sina, do you?

Please don't hurt me Sina.
I TOTALLY AGREE!

Keith, you are destined to rock. Never forget this.
