Never before have I liked a support act, but this time was different. I had bought tickets to see the Kings of leon live in Plymouth Pavillions, and thought the support was going to be The Subways. Until a week before the concert, I was informed it was The Features supporting. I loved "Blow It Out". I was keen to see them perform so I got in early.

As soon as they came on stage, I was excited, and thought that Parrish Yaw looked a bit out of place - nevertheless he played a large part in the act. The songs were excellant, but where was Blow It Out? Nevermind, I think a lot of people enjoyed them, and I heard that one person said after the show that they were better than KOL (!!)

My sister also said the drummer was "Very good-looking".

Yeah, he's such a cocky, stuck-up rock star. With all his posturing and flamboyant grandstanding, he totally ruins that whole modest, down-home image they got going. biggrin.gif

Seriously, though, how does he stand out? Is it because he's not rail-thin like the other guys? Does he look much older (he's not, by the way)? I'm just curious.

it's because he's the only member of the band that isn't gay.

I was there with my Dad, sister and friend. I have never seen a better support act in my life, i got into The Features a few months ago, and was thrilled when i found out they were supporting Kings Of Leon, two of my favourite bands! Booked tickets straight away! My Dad has also been going to concerts for years, and he said himself that he had never seen a better support act! "Me and The Skirts" was soooo good, "Exhibit A" = Fantastic, "Theres A Million Ways....." = Amazing! , Wow i could go on!
We also enjoyed just watching them on stage, they had a lot of energy.
And we have come to the conclusion (not my dad, me and the other 2) that the bassist is rather cute!! biggrin.gif
