TOPIC: 12th & Porter show: Dec 12th or 13th?

I'm calling out to the powers that be. I have a question. On the "Shows" page and on the "Concert Information" section of the message board, the 12th & Porter show is listed as being on December 13th. But on the front page, under "News Updates," it's listed as December 12th. Which is correct?

Relevant: Prince, PT Anderson, Punk, Post-Punk, Purple, Party of Five, Peter Swanson, Peter Gabriel-led Genesis, "Peter Panic", Paul's Boutique, Potential Energy, Every Features MB member but me.

Crap... probably the front page is a mistake. I added the update this morning and I probably screwed that up (the name of the club probably through me off). I'll double check but my guess is it's the 13th (which is a Friday night).

I just found out that another of my favorite nashville bands will also be playing at this show: Forget Cassettes. I am so stoked! For those that don't know, this is a two piece composed of Beth and Doni from Fair Verona (r.i.p.). I'll try not to categorize them, but if you're interested, go to www.forgetcassettes.com to download an mp3 or two. Trust me, it's quality stuff.

You know you have problems, with both money and alcohol, when you find yourself shoving beers down your pants outside a Features show.

Man, I hate when I see a date at 12th and P. I can't get in. Damn my age, 20 it's that age that teases you by letting you in 18 and over shows, then it throws you for a loop with 21 and over.
An i really would have enjoyed that show, it would be right after finals.

I concur. Please get there early to see Forget Cassettes. While not exactly nearly the same style as The Features it's definetly quality.

The best Nashville show would be Forget Cassettes with Aireline and The Features. Nice varied mix of styles and by far the most talented bands.

Fate loves to hate me.

Guess who arrives in Nashville from Chicago on the afternoon of the 14th?

Guess who decided to fly into town on Saturday because he was too lazy to check his finals schedule to see when the last one was, and figured that if it was mid-week it wouldn't hurt if he stayed in Chi-town a few extra days?

Yeah, that'd be me.

Hopefully I'll be at the Red Rose tho.

You may like grandma's yard gnomes, but I've seen Rock City. Remember it.
