i made my weekly trip to digital planet today and while i was just looking through the new arrivals i came across Spongebath Records: Soaking In The Center Of The Universe Vol. 2. i of course bought it. this wonderful little sampler cd contains the songs D-Con (Radio One) and Anti-Gravity Class of 93. i'm sure alot of you know this but i just wanted to brag.

anyways...back to studying......
We have about 1500 songs.....all of them good!

I have copies of both volumes, and I'd like to get the actual copies as relics of the label. I like the bands so much...

TF and I are always in the habit of picking up any Features and FL OZ CDs on eBay or when we go to Great Escape or Phonoluxe. We've both found sealed copies of the Features EP, and those are always good to have.

Ohhhhh yeahhh...I forgot about those samplers. Had the Roaries on it too. The best thing I ever had Features related was a tape w songs like tree house club, extension cord, and tons of other stuff they NEVER play anymore. I let Rory borrow it and he never gave it back. BAD RORY!

Someone give this new friend of ours the address of the Features mp3 site so that he can get those songs on his computers.

Welcome, Holey Pea.

I just found a sealed copy of the first Features ep and purchased it for $6.60. My DJ single of the Beginning with only three songs might be cooler. It was only $1.

DJ single? For real?

Man, I want to buy so many old Spongebath CDs but can't right now, it's driving me fucking crazy. I know where I can get all of Self, most of Fl Oz, The Katies, Count Bass D, (but not The Features) and a whole shitload of other CDs from the deceased label, but I just have to wait until I can start spending money again. sad.gif

I know where I can get all of Self
Where? My sis has been searching for Half-Baked Serenade for years and I'd love to put her in touch with a copy.

You may like grandma's yard gnomes, but I've seen Rock City. Remember it.

sometimes you can find it really cheap at half.com. I've seen it on there a few times for no more than 10 bucks.

I have heard from a pretty reliable source that the album will be called "Exhibit A" and the Begining will be rereleased by Universal with new artwork in the United States .

The MP3 site has been toast for a few weeks now.

Correct you are.
Also try www.gemm.com. That's where I got Soaking Vol. 1 and the first Features EP.
