Hey Yeah, Im all kinds of new here and I'm trying my hardest to figure out what exactly is the process of buying these 12th and Porter tickets off of Paypal.

Can anyone give me some information on this? Gah, I can't wait for the shows. Thanks.

OK, I'm not an official representative of the band or the website so I can't answer with any certainty. However, I would assume that buying tickets with PayPal uses the same procedure as buying the band's merchandise through PayPal. Here's a quote from this website's merchandise page...

"Quote from Merchandise Page @ thefeatures.com"
If you wish to purchase with a credit card, you must have an active PayPal account. If you don't already, please go set one up now over at paypal.com.

All prices already have shipping and handling included. So when ordering, if PayPal requests extra money for shipping and handling, leave this field blank unless you feel like paying for more shipping, though you will receive no benefit.

Once you've signed up for your free PayPal account, click on SEND MONEY and use: mdcolonel@aol.com for the receiving address. Be sure to SPECIFY what you are ordering. If no product is specified then no product can be sent.

I hope that helps...

The e-mail address listed is for Matt Meeks, one of the band's managers. He's a rather unfishy kind of guy, but I can understand if you want to be careful with your money. Hopefully BrianW will come along and clear this up for us.

Here's my two cents... I just talked to the higher ups about some things... they are in NYC thru Friday, so I wouldn't expect much physical action as far as tix in hand etc for a little bit.

yeah. send them the money, say RE: 12th&Porter tix or whatever (specify date(s), and you'll be put on a list at the front door.
everything went through fine for me, and paypal is cool cuz you can always retract your payment if action isn't taken within a day or so.

The answer has been given, but to reiterate, just send payment through paypal to mdcolonel@aol.com and put that it's for the 12th and Porter shows.
