Are the Features opening or are they the main act that night and also, about what time (Knoxville time) will they be playing? I work Friday in the Mass Comm building until 4:30 and I need to know if I can actually make it to Knoxville in time. Basically any info (location, money, who else on board is going, etc) is needed here so I can convince the Parental Units to take me. YES it's lame but there's a big family reunion in Knoxville that weekend and I won't be able to get the car blah blah blah. I'm 18 but in some ways, I will always be 12...

The Features are definitely headlining the show. I would guess that they would hit the stage around 11:00-11:30pm EASTERN time (10:00-10:30 CST), but shows always run behind, so 11:00 is probably the earliest that they would go on. What is it from M'boro to Knoxville - 3 hours (4 with time change)? I would say if you left M'boro at 5pm, you'd be there with plenty of time to spare.
Cost? You know, 5 to 7 dollars, probably.
Where is Blue Cats? Um, I know it's in the "Old City" part of Knoxville, but I would visit Blue Cats' Web Page for specific directions.

The Blue Cats website still doesn't say who is opening. Has anyone heard? It does, however, say the doors open around 9:00... in case anyone is planning to arrive early.

I'll clarify that my presence is still up in the air. I'm definitely going to Knoxville, it's just that I don't have any ways of actually getting to the venue unless my cousin agrees to go with me (I can't drive the big fancy family car on the interstate apparently). So...who knows. I'll be there in spirit though...

I can't wait! I leave in a few hours. Blue Cats is a killer venue (I was there for the first time last night, seeing Jump Little Children-great show), and it'll be the best venue I've seen the Features in.

The Jump show last night got me home real late and I fell asleep today at my last day at the factory. I'm sure I'll be taking my life into my hands driving home tonight, but this is what we must do for our band, right?
