when you visit the "calendar" section of exit/in's website it allows you to click on a date and get the info about the show for that date. when you do this for most of the shows, it says "18+" somewhere in the info. but when you click on the 6th (along with some shows booked for a few other dates) it doesn't say "18+." but this could be just a failure to put the "18+" in there. but i'd give them a call just to make sure...615-321-3340. good luck!

We've tried calling before...it's just an answering machine. I wish there was some way to find out for sure. I didn't see an e-mail address anywhere on the page. Does anyone know of one?

I will hopefully see Rory this evening and see if he knows. My guess is its 18+ since all the other shows are, but I'll double check and see if Rory knows for sure.

that sucks. sorry 'bout your luck guys. i remember exactly how i felt in your situation (heck, i was there just a year ago). older mb members could maybe pose as your parents and try to get you in. i would offer but i doubt the man at the door would believe i had you at 5.

or maybe FFF has the right idea...bring your real parents, i'm sure they'll love the features!

that's funny, because a looong time ago (old features lineup) my dad took me and my little sister to a features show at the exit/in (i think they played with the katies? or one of those spongebath bands). my parents were always troopers when it came stuff like that, but half the time they actually liked the bands we wanted to see. that's all different now that all us children are "of age" now...
and mom and dad still come to features shows on a semi-regular basis (at least the ones in nashville).

While driving to pick my sister up from college with my ma, we alternated cd choices. When I had the choice I chose a Features mix cd. She loved it so much she made me make her a copy. True story.

If I could past for your mom, I would be more than willing to help out. Sorry that I look (and am to some people on here) so young.

Man, I wish I could help, Rachel. Sorry. I too remember what it was like and it was no fun. Here's an idea, though: You could stand out in front of the Exit/In and watch/listen. No, I'm serious. You can see the stage from outside, and you can hear pretty well. Just bring a winter coat and some hot chocolate...
