The Features are looking for college students to start Facebook Groups at verious colleges. If you're interested, you can e-mail them.

What's Facebook? Isn't that for students? Do bands use that? Which email would be best to contact them?

You could e-mail them at TheFeatures@aol.com. There's a link on the main Features page. Yes, it's for college students, and it's kind of complicated to explain - but you can create organizations within it. MTSU has a Facebook Group for the Features with about 30 members.

No problem. Meeks really wants this to get off the ground. It's got great potential, I think.

seriously. what the fuck business does the features have on facebook? personally, i think the potential is retarded.

We value your opinion. I'm sure the Features and Matt Meeks would love to hear what you have to say about their advertising strategy. I encourage you to exercise your right to present your own opinion by taking it up with those who make the decisions.

Is all this ridicule really necessary? You sit there at your computer - you have no clue who I am, and you go on and on and on with your infantile dribble. I don't care what your political background is (clearing up your invective from the PureVolume thread). If you're a liberal, conservative, I don't care. Leave it for the "politics" part if this message board. I bring genuinely good news about promoting the Features and you fire off diatribe after diatribe of nonsense. How about you grow up a little and appreciate the fact that we both like the Features. If that's the only thing we have in common, so be it, but stop belittling me and the legitimacy of this message board with your nonsense.

It's not about who you are. If you were truly supportive of what the Features were doing, then you wouldn't be so negative about everything I post. I am trying to further the success of this great band anyway I know how, and it's discouraging when the people who are supposed to be supportive of the band are not. See my point?

if it's any consolation. it's not just you. i know of people on here who got attacked and created new identities because the "fans" were mean. that's kind of pathetic.

okay.. jump on me now!

oh please spare me.

have we forgotten about your first posts here? you know where you come here bitching about the chattanooga fans like you're features boy of the year. and then your pathetic let's brown nose threads where you like to pretend you're the only person in the world who helps or has helped out the band.

personally i believe that daigle and meeks were hit over the head with a gigantic bag of money that was suppose to be used for real marketing while trying to stuff it into the top of daigle's closet when they decided to let you "further the success of" (omg lol) the band. i mean, facebook? come on.

Not to compromise my diplomacy, but this made me laugh out loud.
I TOTALLY AGREE!

speaking of creating new identities, i really don't think that those were his first posts here.

one might even suggest that he's made "verious" other posts before those.

you know, just to stir shit up (in the nicest way possible, features fan to features fan).
