TOPIC: Features Lyrical Coincidences

Over the past year, I have noticed that a few Features songs have lyrical ties to another song (mostly oldies). This is probably all a coincidence, but here they are nonetheless. Feel free to contribute, because I know that I'm forgetting a bunch.

See You Through
Kari-Ann (*same* by The Hollies)
Bring On The Night ("Here Comes The Night" by Them)
Paid To Think ("Session Man" by The Kinks)
Someway, Somehow ("Ain't No Mountain High Enough" or whatever it is)
The Way It's Meant To Be (*same* by The Greenhornes)

Kari-Ann (*same* oldies song by a bunch of guys with really high-pitched voices)
I love both versions! I don't remember high-pitched voices, though. Maybe I am thinking of a different song. Are you talking about the hollies?

Yeah, my bad. Some of it is in a high pitch and some of it isn't. It's the Hollies, thanks.

one of my friends said that the "la da da da (ya da da da)" in thursday sounds like "why don't you stay" i've never heard said song, so i wouldn't know.

by the way, someway, somehow is climbing my list of favorites. i didn't think they could rock out like that, but it makes a great b-side to the new single. it's a different recording than what's on the player.

i just realized this is completely off topic, but it wasn't worth starting a new thread.

Ah yes, another one is converted.

So, did you get the new single someway (somehow)?

You can count me in also. I've grown to like it more than the "little bit" that I once did. Sorry it took me so long to come around Carl.
