6 Bring on the Night     10
3 Arcata     11
This one was the toughest one for me to pick. I'm glad that "Bring on the Night" still has some admirers even though it's been out of the rotation for a couple of years.

Carl, I think the relatively low number of upsets proves what a nice job you did of seeding the songs in the tournatment.

Thank you, TF. Like I said, I mostly based it on last year's tournament, so it wasn't that tough (except for seeding the new stuff-- which has proved to be the most interesting).

Agreed.

"Thursday" just gets old. I'd rather hear two or three other songs in the time it takes to listen to "Thursday".

I think just about everything I voted for in the first round is gone at this point, so I'm voting for a lot of these songs for the first time. The seeding within the "divisions" is good, but I'm not wild about the divisions. It makes this round more important than the final 4, because it's not like Armani Suede is going to beat Circus or whatever it is that's popular now. Just my $.02.
I TOTALLY AGREE!

Keith, you are destined to rock. Never forget this.

Last year's final four results:

Armani Suede - 8
Circus - 13

Darkroom - 9
Mosis Ptosis - 12

Last year's championship results:

Circus - 14
Mosis Ptosis - 16

Seems pretty close to me.

If you want to see an almost flawless seeding, check out the 2003 Tourney. JamieCarroll did an incredible job.

Personally, I had a hard time voting in general. Like TF, my hardest decision was between Bring on the Night and Arcata. I'm pretty sure I opted for Bring on the Night in the end.

OK, time to vote.

That had to be one of the hardest choices ever.

And "TWIMTB" should have beat "Exhibit A." A lot.

Yeah, that's a good idea, I guess it was just a statement born out of laziness.
