TOPIC: I heard the Features on the Radio in Seattle!

Post 1 of 12

Imagine my sheer delight and shock at hearing The Features on my local radio station! It was soooo awesome to hear them, being far from home. They were played on KEXP 90.3 in Seattle, and for any other musicians/bands, this is the best way, besides touring the world, to get your music heard by people outside of your scene. People all over the world listen to this station online as it is the best, playing all types of really good music.
Anyway, just sharing my excitement with others who may get it!

No plans for a U.S. tour have been announced yet, but "yet" is the key word. I'm sure that once their album is released nationwide, they will be doing some considerable North American touring.

oh and the song they played was two by two...
if you can listen online, it's www.kexp.org. they are streaming their live show as it happens, so you can write the dj an email and request stuff, and they usually play it. i'm telling you, the best college station EVER!

I have a friend in Cleveland who said she's heard them on the radio twice in the last couple of weeks.
