Watch out United Kingdom, you're going to get your asses rocked. I'm pretty sure this means The Features are definitely the next big thing.

How awesome is this??? Finally something to talk about on here. Does anyone know anything about this label? Anyway, I guess its safe to say the whole Universal thing is entirely off. This may be a stupid question, but I wonder if this means they could be relocating in London any time soon?

Anyway, I guess its safe to say the whole Universal thing is entirely off.
I think that this particular label is for British or European distribution purposes only. This is comparable to the Strokes releasing the Modern Age EP on Rough Trade, though the full-length album came out on RCA. So, I would imagine that the Universal deal is still good to go. It's just the EP that is with Panda, not so much the group.

There will be new packaging, and a slightly different track order.

I know this, because I am supposed to have it finished tomorrow.

It looks a whoooole lot like that 3rd desktop in the extra's section.

I would say both. To be in London is something that I marvel at (it's the only place outside the US I want to go). To be in London seeing the Features (who I haven't seen in way too long) is icing on a Union Jack cake.

If I got a free ticket or the opportunity to go to other places in a package alongside London, I would do it. I just won't make it a point to go anywhere else. Why is that sad? I'm sorry I don't have the desire to see India or Italy or other places that other people apparently do. I want to see London. I want to see Big Ben. I want to see all the cool old castles in England. Yeah, I'm an anglophile. So?

i just dont know why you would want to put boundaries on your life like that. i would really want to know why someone would just refuse to even admit that they desire to expand their perception of the world. it just sounds like you are saying that there is nothing else worth seeing to you, and i think thats grotesquely closed-minded.

Club Fandango says:
THE FEATURES are the latest sensation from the USA, hailing from the small, hidden town of Sparta, Tennessee. They release their debut 5 track EP entitled The Beginning on 22nd of September on the Fierce Panda label. Touted by some as the freshest, addictive pop sound they've heard in the last ten years, expect high energy performance and all sorts of crazy stage antics.

Pretty usual review but crazy stage antics?
