TOPIC: NEW US DATES
Posted  Saturday, January 1, 2005 at 7:39 PM

So who all is planning on traveling to see the band now that they're finally back in the U.S. ? I'm glad they're spreading out, but I wish they had been able to sqeeze a TN date in there somewhere.

I got bumped from a flight a while back and got a free voucher for anywhere in the U.S. Cali in the middle of winter will be VERY appealing when it gets cold again... Then again, I'll probably just drive to Atl.

Gotta love the Features for coming through Philly twice now...and on a Saturday now! Too bad that's in the MIDDLE OF MIDTERMS. sad.gif

I might still try to go though, we shall see...

I may consider the obvious one (Atlanta on the 18th), but I already have too many trips planned this spring.

Either way, I'm glad to see them kicking ass back in the USA.

They're supporting Kings of Leon on their February dates too, right? Including the Nashville dates at Exit/In? I hope so, I can't wait to see them again!

Do shows at Exit/In sell out? Should I buy tickets in advance?

I don't know, I've never been there...but I would GUESS that it sells out pretty fast. I would definitely buy tickets in advance if you really want to go.

I realize that information isn't always debuted here first, but believe me in this case there's a reason why there aren't any more show dates listed, including the Exit/in shows. I feel there's a good chance the band will play one of those Exit/in dates, but there's some shuffling in the scheduling going on and they're trying to work it out. I'll hopefully have some more dates up in the next few days.

I want to go, but I'm not too interested in seeing Kings of Leon. I don't want to pay $15 or something to hear a few Features songs....but it has been a really long time since I've seen them.

If KOL puts on a really good show, I'll stay. I don't really like what I've heard, but charisma does go a long way with me.

I'm sure I would enjoy it all a lot more if I could drink.
That's so NA.

That's cool...I was just going on what KoL said on their site: "The Features are supporting for the dates below (except Utah and Japan)."

I wanna go to Japan.

More on the subject, I've still never heard the KoL.

Even more, I don't know if I would pay $15 to see the Features open up for a band that everyone here makes sound so questionable.
So I'm Hooking up with David Dewese David Dewese, double D Hooking up with DD DD, don't make me say please again oh no again oh no

Oh man, The Features in Japan would've been so cool...but they don't really have any label support there, I guess.

Man, I was all excited about seeing The Features two nights in a row, but I guess that might not be happening.

I was prepared to pay the ticketmaster total of what would probably be close to $40 with fees for the two days even though I definitely do not plan to stay for Kings of Leon. I saw them once, and that was more than enough for me. I really hope they play at least one of the nights.
But what will happen to the boy when the circus comes to town?

Yay! It's been so long since I heard the boys. I guess it's their Valentine to us.
