I will be returning home this weekend and will have the opportunity to see the features. I will offer a reward of one american dollar to anyone who can convince them to play 'your smile' at the show, as it is the only relevant song the features have ever done. a bonus of five and twenty cents if they do the dance.
phases and stages, circles and cycles, scenes that we've all seen before, let me tell you some more

That's impossible. I can't even get them to play 'Temporary Blues' most of the time.

What is this dance that you speak of?
Relevant: Prince, PT Anderson, Punk, Post-Punk, Purple, Party of Five, Peter Swanson, Peter Gabriel-led Genesis, "Peter Panic", Paul's Boutique, Potential Energy, Every Features MB member but me.

Only the most relevant thing to ever exist. Words would do it no justice.

last time i saw them do the dance was at the outer limit (scary-ass place) in like '99. we are talking the bob right, left, middle dance right?
You know you have problems, with both money and alcohol, when you find yourself shoving beers down your pants outside a Features show.

Is this like...a coordinated dance? Does everyone (but Rollum) do it? Even Parrish? This does not seem like the kind of thing that Matt Pelham would allow to happen...

we are devo. but anways, yes it's the coordinated dance that matt and roger (and formerly don [it kinda looks weird with only two people doing it]). i yelled out for them to play your smile once at the boro and they said 'only if you come dance on stage with us'. needless to say, i won't yell out any more requests.

I suggest we all request the dance or vow to boycott all future shows.
