every day I check the random thoughts on the main page, and it still says Happy Easter. I'd like to see somemore random thoughts other than Happy Easter. I have more to say about this, but I dont know what it is.

Yeah, this has got to be BrianW's fault. I'll bet they're coming up with all kinds of ramdom thoughts and he's keeping them all to himself because he's selfish.

And another question: Why do you suck so much BrianW?

is it possible to get a monitor in pellham's head [or any of the features for that matter] so that his thoughts are simply streamed to the website? that would be cool.

hey, here's a random thought...

how do you pronounce matt's last name "pelham"? is it:

pell-ham, like a ham sandwich,
pelhum, with no space between the syllables, or
pelam, with no H sound

???

i'll be on the edge of my chair waiting for an answer.

For that matter, how do you pronounce any of the band members' last names?

I've got Dabbs and Yaw down but I too have been wondering about Haas and Pelham.

I say Hoz (Like "Hoss" but with a Z sound) and Pelhum with one syllable.
You're so fucking money you don't even know it

Haas rhymes with Boss.

Wait a minute, one syllable? That can't be right. Like Pelm?

I say it like Carligula: Pel-um.

I've always thought that Haas was German, making the aa sound like a short o and would be said Hoss with an -s sound.

I have always thought that Dabbs and Yaw were quite simple, but who knows? I could be totally off.

Unfortunately only one of the guys has regular access to a computer right now and Rollum recently moved to a computer-less locale. We were hoping for him to provide most of our random thoughts. Hopefully we'll get something new up there soon.

Names:

Dabbs as in a plural form of a dab of this, a dab of that.

Yaw is a boating term, so if you've ever heard that someone yawed off course then you've heard how his name is pronounced.

Most people pronounce Matt's name as if the h wasn't present: "pell'm"

And Haas would rhyme with boss, not bass.

And Carl, I have the ear of God himself (why Rory allows me to keep it is another story (insert drum sound here)). You will be punished, severely, for your unkind words towards me today. You think it's going to be fun having to look behind your shoulder for Mike?

IWE, HSSoma and I have/had a History professor whose last name is Haas, although he pronounces it the incorrect way, "Hass." Does anyone know if Rollum has a crazy bearded uncle from Indiana who used to stock vending machines and hearts history?

I'm pretty sure Dr. Haas is from Indiana...that would be very odd if we had Rollum's uncle/something for history. If so, Rollum's uncle/something is a very good professor...

I picked Dr. Haas's class just because of his last name. And it turned out very well, he is a fine professor who I have grown very fond of. Dr. Haas is from Evansville, Indiana if I remember correctly. That would be very funny if they were related in some way, but I doubt they are.
