I certainly believe that The Features are ahead of the time, too. And, that is definitely a GREAT thing. But, like he said, you just want to hear more and more of them.

Have you ever met Beatle Bob?

That guy rules! I've seen him at almost every show in St. Louis that I've been to (Foo Fighters/that dog. in 95, Ben Folds Five/Robbie Fulks in 97, Weezer/Jimmy Eat World in 01). I also saw him a lot at the 2nmc conference this year and a few other Nashville shows since then. I heard he runs a pirate radio station in St. Louis. Is that true?

this is a good review. the first time i heard the beginning EP, it was overwhelming. i was like, "this band is so fucking good that it hurts." you know when you love music so much that you can't get enough of it, and the fact that you can't get enough of it becomes really painful? well, that's the way i feel about the features.
