does anyone know who played the extra stuff on the ep?
-the horn(?) on walk you home?
-the strings on bumblebee?
-the kid vocals on bumblebee?
-also, did all the features play on stark white stork and bumblebee? i get the feeling that they did not.
You know you have problems, with both money and alcohol, when you find yourself shoving beers down your pants outside a Features show.

OK, I'm pretty sure that the strings on 'Bumblebee' are actually a keyboard, and I'm not sure who played it.

I think that 'Stark White...' and 'Bumblebee' were just Matt Pelham and Brian Bottcher.  I'm pretty sure about that.  When they played 'Bumblebee' for the first time at the Boro on 5/2, the rest of the band besides Matt didn't seem to know the song very well.

As far as who did the kid vocals or the horn, I have no idea.
Relevant: Prince, PT Anderson, Punk, Post-Punk, Purple, Party of Five, Peter Swanson, Peter Gabriel-led Genesis, "Peter Panic", Paul's Boutique, Potential Energy, Every Features MB member but me.

SWSA and Bublebee is Matt and Brian Bottcher. Someone came in and played live strings. The kid voices are Pelham and Bottcher(i think). Matt played trombone on Walk You Home.

What are the chances we'll ever see Matt play the trombone in a live show?

don't forget about rollum, who played the 'drum' part (rim clicks and such) on bumblebee.

I think that Matt's voice was actually a keyboard set to sound like him. The strings were actually Roger rubbing his mustache hair together. The kid voices were Matt Pelham and Brian ENO(2). My Dad played the b-flat flugle horn on 'Walk You Home' and on '2x2' but it was mixed out because they thought a guitar sounded more fitting. It was then that they lost a lot of credibility for me.
