I just downloaded this from the official website and was wondering if anybody knew what song they were playing and if/when it would be released in its entirety. It's so beautiful, what with that oriental-esque bit where the chorus would probably go. Amazing stuff...

That song is "Leave It All Behind" which is, in my opinion, the quinntessential Features song. The demo that they recorded there should be available here and the finished version is streaming on the website.

I believe summer 2002 is when the Krampf sessions took place...

Oh, so relatively recently. Man, why don't they release an album yet? They seem to have a surplus of material...

An album release is in the works - sooner than you think (unless you're a rabid Features fan who's been around here for awhile, then it's probably later than you care to wait.. but that's neither here nor there).

As of right now, here are the answers:

Q:When will we know which month it comes out, and when will we know the track listing???

A: ????????

Q: since universal is releasing it (in theory) will it be available nation wide?

A: ?????????

All of these things will be announced and discussed here first when anyone knows anything that is worth reporting (and able to be reported). Until then, there are no answers.

Tracklistings are rarely set in stone until right up before the release and since we're still at least a few months off, it's merely speculation as to what'll be on it and the order. I know the plan is for this to be a "nationwide" release, though I have no clue how these things work ultimately.

I try my best to pester Rory and company for information (hasn't been a lot to get from 'em lately) and as soon as they have something official either myself, Michael or the mysterious You will let you know about it.

We're all hoping it's sooner than later!
