I doubt he will show as he said he wasn't there for the features last time. He did say he was a 'fan of Blue Cats', though. I have no idea what the members of Superdrag are up to these days. My roomate is friends with one of the guys, maybe I'll have him plug the show.

Sorry, maggie mae, I misinterpreted the Superdrag question earlier and now I have the answer. Superdrag is headlining the show on May 4th, I just saw it on the latest Blue Cats flyer. What sucks is that the Features were completely left off, but surely they are the openers, right?

actually, we had the show booked in feb. and invited superdrag to headline the show. their booking agent decided to boot us off the bill and put them with another act(they run through a booking agency that has other mid-level acts). they threatened blue cats by saying they wouldn't book anymore of their acts there if we weren't kicked off. i don't think the members of superdrag are to blame so much as the assholes that work for them.

That's pathetic.  I guess the agency just doesn't want their artists blown off the stage.  Is there a conspiracy against the Features in Knoxville?

Wait, is this for real? Superdrag was invited and then the Features were bumped? That really pisses me off. Nothing makes my weekend like having the Features come to visit my town. I'm turning into the boy who cried wolf here. This is twice I've told everyone I know not to miss the show and then it was either cancelled or postponed. I'm goimg to start telling them to move away as fast as possible, nothing ever goes right here, knoxville just wants to suck. At least I'll be in Nashville Friday night and I can get some of my fix.
