"Lala" is darn catchy. And =w= is pretty good about coming to Nashville. They hit it on both of their last tours, so I bet they'll be back in support of their new album.

I talked to the owner of Wall Street today and he said he would book the Features. I wish you "Features Fans" had faith. I believe Rory and Matt when they said the Features would play.

If they were to play then, I would definitely do what I could to make it home. Does Weezer not know that Ashlee Simpson's music sucks? Who would book such an atrosity?

Just know that you'll have to elbow your way through a throng of crazed 15-year-olds...although that may not be so weird for you. I have never felt so old as I did at the Weezer show 2 years ago in Nashville.

I saw Weezer in Nashville in 2002. Had no problem parking, as everyone else at that show had to be dropped off by their parents.

Agreed. I remeber I stopped at the Wendy's in LaVergne on the way there, and a family of 4 walked in all wearing the exact same Weezer shirt. Apparently they haad bought them at Dillard's, and another family walked in later wearing the same ones. Do they not know that you don't wear the shirt of the band you're going to see to their concert? The crowd there made the show awkward. I guess Weezer has that family appeal with songs like Dope Nose and T.O.S.

if i can sit thru the atrosity that is gwen stefani and nodoubt to see weezer, you could sit thru ashlee simpson.

why is everybody always hatin' on ashlee simpson? hate hate hate hate hate! anyone who can compensate for lack of talent by just being extremely breathy is a master in my book. her singles are great.

I decided to look for an album on Amazon but they didn't have it and instead recommended a few albums including ASHLEE SIMPSON and THE FEATURES!!!! Wowzers!!! It wasn't based on my past searches because I KNOW I never searched for no Ashlee Simpson. PLUS, I refreshed the page and it was all new artists!!! Sorry to be hating, HSS, but sheesh.

ACK! I refreshed it again and got THE BEGINNING!!!! I know someone is going to tell me to calm down and that it has to do with cookies or something, but please let me enjoy my features buzz for at least a minute.

And Weezer's new one is suppose to be really good, more like what we've been waiting for.

I heard a new single by Weezer last night. It was about Beverly Hills. It was interesting. Not that great, but somewhat of a step in the right direction. The guitar solo is very classic rock - talkbox and all!

I believe Rick Rubin produced it.. although my disclaimer of doing lotsa smack has to be taken with a bouquet of poppies.... I can't wait to see them with the Features, even if we have to endure Ms. Simpson. YaYa Babeeeee!!!!

I had to sit through Dashboard Confessional the last time I saw them.

I had to sit through the teen guy behind me (there with his way-too-into-it female friends) call DC a bunch of "pussys" and to "sit down and play that guitar" and "sell out." It was hilarious.

Sit through or sleep through? Sorry to all DBC fans, but they do tend to mellow a person out.

Weezer + The Features = One helluva show. I can point and laugh through Ashlee Simpson, no big deal.

yeah, i was like 8 months pregnant and was bribed with two loaves of pumpkin bread to chaperone my friend's little sister.

gwen stefani busting her ass (which she now refers to as her most embarrassing moment) and almost dying in the tornado were highlights.

i went to the knoxville version. i feel really bad because i missed going to a big wedding shower for my brother (and i was a bridesmaid), but my friend was like "go with me or we aren't friends." when you are 15, you think your friend really means it. now we don't even talk. (and i even went to the damn show!)

pumpkin bread and pregnant women are hot.

I've heard a VERY low quality version of Weezer's new album...almost indiscernably so. What I can hear does sound promising, though...
