Mint condition. This release is very hard to find, and is noteworthy for it contains my personal fave track ever (Hey Lou, as a hidden track no less!) and also features Don Sergio (plus he co-wrote one of the songs). That might not mean much to some of you but since I know his brother I think it is cool.

hi - well the EP sold almost instantly, so to whoever bought it - it's onits way!
