TOPIC: The Features Worst Gig, per the Scene

"The Features would experience a demoralizing double bill of their own one night in Birmingham. Arriving early, they were perplexed when the parking lot appeared to be full of swastika-adorned Harleys. Suspicions were soon confirmed as the group learned they were slated to open for a Nazi biker trio. After a disturbingly well-received half-hour performance, The Features were forced to endure the headliner's set in order to get paid. They could only look on in shock as the other band's singer, clad in a priestly robe, leather harness and top hat, lit into an ear-piercing cover of "Ring of Fire."

That really really is unbelievable. I actually wasn't sure if it was true or not until I read the article. I honestly cannot imagine our beloved Features being thrown in front of a bunch of biker Nazis...when did this show take place?

I would really like to hear Matt Pelham's personal take on it. He's funny like that.

I wish he would talk more often. Last nite's "Hey, does my microphone sound like a walkie-talkie?" was pretty hilarious.

I don't mean to get off topic but has anyone else noticed the hilarious faces Rollum makes at Roger during Thursday? Genius...

There used to be much talking. But like Roger's vocals, it has faded and faded and no longer heard....

There is a wonderful comradery and friendship when the band interacts, and it is indeed hilarious, but they stay so quiet during performances.
