If those are bootlegs, I doubt they care. The problem they had recently was with posting newer unfinished songs. They freely allow people to record shows and are fine with songs being made available as long as they are in their final form (which the Exhibit A songs are).

That's what has been stated many times in the past anyway. I assume that's still the way it is unless the song is unfinished.
