Merrill Lynch is the first band. The second will be Patrick Bateman's new band Murders and Executions.

Wall Street is kind of set up like the now dead Sebastian's if that helps at all. There is a bar and tables downstairs, the band will be playing upstairs, where, thank god, there is another bar. I plan on getting there reasonably early so I can sit on the elevated couch (if it still there).

Oh, I also forgot that Wall Street is 18+ and they may or may not still have a strange policy of keeping the ID's of those under 21 in a binder with numbered pockets for the duration of your visit there. You will have said number printed on your hand. Very weird.

There is a sofa. And they do keep your ID and mark you for your visit. It is 18+. I know nothing about how many under 21 people get in. Thanks for the inormation, by the way.

hmmm....when i was there two weeks ago the cover was $5 for under 21. it could be a bit more for a more well known act. i would say no more than $6, but that's just my guess. i would just check with wall street.....

And I saw the phone number before...I just always have bad luck calling venues. They're either not open, or they can't hear me and I can't hear them over the sound of the bar/band. So I thought I'd see if anyone else knew first. smile.gif

Would anyone know how far Murfreesboro is from Nashville? Like in hour(s) drive?

I can get from the West End area to the Red Rose in 30 minutes flat, if need be. It really depends on how traffic is and how fast you're going to drive. My friend in Murfreesboro says she can get to Nashville in 10 minutes, but I don't think that's a good idea to try. blink.gif 30-40 is probably the most accurate.

30 minutes for me. Although, I've received more tickets on 24 around Murfreesboro than anywhere else. There are some good bridges and hills for the nasty Troopers to hide behind. Beware.

Also, I don't like Wall Street, but I'm very excited about this show. I'm heading to Franklin before the show for my brother's hockey game and to do some shopping. I might even drink tonight. Who knows.

I'm driving in from Knoxville tonight for the show. I've been to Murfreesboro several times, but I don't know where Wall Street is. I tried clicking on the directions link on this page, but had no luck. Can anyone help with an address or some general directions.
Thanks,
Jack

It is about 2.5 hours from Ktown PLUS they are an hour behind so it would only be 4:30 ET when you are finished with your final. yay! good luck!

That's impressive to the point of being unrealistic. To get to Hickory Hollow from Murfreesboro in 10 minutes, you would have to have an average speed of 108 miles per hour

in rush hour traffic it takes me up to 1 1/2 hours to get from n'ville to the boro. it's a combination of 440 being too small and people driving like assholes. i hate people that drive fast. it's because of those confounded movies.

Oops, sorry! In any case, way too fast! Even though when we were both driving back, I drove so fast I couldn't see you anymore. But that's 'cause I didn't want to fall asleep driving...again. It all depends on what part of Nashville we're referring to. The moment you cross over into Davidson County, it is technically Metro Nashville.
