TOPIC: What If....Unreleased/Discared Features

Just a quick thought:

As there are many great songs from the past few years, that the band didn't appear to play live any more for the better part of a year previous to the release of Exhibit A's release, I had a most likely un-original idea. I think it'd be great if some of the newer songs (2001-2004) that the band demo'd, but no longer plans to use on future projects were released as some kind of internet only (I-Tunes, Napster) EP. They could even include b-sides from imports like "See You Thru."

Proposed Tracklist in no particular order: (if they are "dead" songs)
1. God Save Rock 'N Roll
2. Damage Is Done
3. Moonlight
4. Look Out Below
5. Action
6. See You Thru (import b-side version)

Any thoughts? Positive/Negative

Thanks,

Jack

Anything that gets more unreleased Features material onto my iPod is always a good thing. The Features have so much recorded material that they're ready for a rarities box set and they've only released one album...

Definitely wait another album to see if any of those make a comeback in some form. As for a Features b-side compilation, I'd much rather see a physical edition...

I agree with Jakob. I won't write off some of these other songs until album #2, and even then, you never know.

We would all love to see them released in whatever form.

It would be such a great idea for the features to include on their website live versions of songs (in high quality) or rare/unreleased ones, because most of their discarded songs are actually quit brilliant. Itunes is also an excellent outlet to get that kind of music to the masses, becuase I use Napster alot!

That would be a good idea. Anything but iTunes please. It's not fair for non-US/non-iPod fans like me.

iTunes is available in the UK as well some other countries. No iPod needed.
