so i am currently listening to a boot from the boro circa a year ago (thanks blightman and paul the projectionest). i find myself wondering what ever happened to the following:

don't lie to me
harold
i won't let you down
temporary blues (which is not included in this set)

do these songs even get played anymore? i must admit that i am a huge fan of these four tunes. they seemed to appear at the same time, did they vanish at the same time as well? they seemed to bring out a softer, kinder (yet still amazing) side of the features. can these make it back into rotation? please?

thoughts?

What about Stagecoach?

I think some songs make it and some don't. Lack of practice time and deciding on album tracks will keep them constantly trimming down trying to nail down who they are as a band and how they're supposed to sound until they can hammer it down enough to make a cohesive album.

'Temporary Blues' and 'Stagecoach' still get played occasionally. The others are MIA. Seriously, 'Harold' and 'Don't Lie to Me' are two of my very favorite Features songs. I wish at least one of them would make a return.

Yes, Blightman, 'Harold' was played at that show.
Relevant: Prince, PT Anderson, Punk, Post-Punk, Purple, Party of Five, Peter Swanson, Peter Gabriel-led Genesis, "Peter Panic", Paul's Boutique, Potential Energy, Every Features MB member but me.

So THAT'S 'Harold'. I've had no clue about what song you'd be typing when I'd see that title, but I know the song.

I've been begging for a resurrection of Don't Lie for months now...it's sorely missed. Let's hope our wishes come true...Circus is back in the set pretty often now. I think Harold is the 'correct' title, but who cares

I'd love to hear Rabbit March or Roger's Theme at a show. I also think that Paid to Think and Circus could be played a little bit more.

According to Matt Pelham a couple of months ago, they would like to dip back a little bit and pull out some old favs, but the problem is with rehearsal time and having those old songs compete with their new directions and new songs.
