hey guys,

i've only known about the features for the past 2 months and think they are better than ANY mainstream group out there by far! Needless to say i'd like to listen to them all the time. i know many of you have made compilations that take up 2 cds. i have one cd with 20 songs on it, but know there are more songs out there like psyco killer and alot of their newer stuff that i don't have. Ok, my question is where do you get them from?!?!? is there a site to download mp3's from or something? I wish they's put out some more cd's b/c i'd buy anything they put out...anyway, thanks in advance.

I managed to use some computer software to transform the Me & The Skirts live video into an audio file (MP2) and I'm going to post it on that site as soon as I get internet access again.

Also, has anyone converted the Buffalo Head single into MP3? If so, could they please post it on the site? I really really want it on CD so I can play it for (cue the puppy faces and daffodills) my mom in her car. Okay well, that's all...

I would caution against turning the Buffalo Head single into mp3 since it's something the band is currently selling. And, well, we might just help out those folks who don't have record players soon enough so... hint, hint...

Brian, you're an evil man sometimes. You take too much pleasure in waving carrots over the heads of the rabbits.

Granted, you drop them in too, but why wave? Just drop!

I need to leave the land of extended metaphor...

Ah yes, yes I did not even think of that. Strike what I wrote from the record! As Wiyum said, that carrot you're dangling sounds so good that I can wait.

Speaking of carrots and dangling, whats with this mp2 file you made, Digsy? The server won't let me download it.... and I was about to incorporate it into the features mix disc...

I have no idea. The "software" that I have that enables me to turn movie files into audio files only lets me turn them into MP2s. I guess the MP2 format isn't able to be downloaded from that site...I have no idea. Anyone know how to compress wav. files into MP3s...for free?

Two options include:

Burning the wav to cd and then ripping it to mp3. Roundabout but workable.

2nd, there are free tools online to do this. I can't remember their names, but www.download.com has them.

Thank you Wiyum & Deevol for the help. I have found a converter and I have reposted Me & The Skirts, which seems to be working fine now.

Anything need to be converted?
