Uploading this had me listening to it alot, and so I decided to do the lyrics.

Do what you've got to do
I know what you're goin' through
Nothing's long and narrow.
Don't you be surprised
When you open up your eyes
And have regrets like Harold.

If we all rise
We'll open our eyes
To the regret of Harold.
If we all rise
We'll open our eyes
To the regret of Harold.

Ooooooo.....

If we all rise
We'll open our eyes
To the regret of Harold.
If we all rise
We'll open our eyes
To the regret of Harold.

Ooooooo.....

If we all rise
We'll open our eyes
To the regret of Harold.
If we all rise
We'll open our eyes
To the regret of Harold.

Harold.
Harold.
Harold.

If we all rise == If we are wise
I can't grow a beard, and I don't like to party.

Makes much more sense.

What about the 3rd line:Nothing's long and narrow.

Made no sense to me, but it sure sounds like that...

When I used to hear it, I always thought the 3rd line was "the road is long and narrow". But the version on the mp3 site sounds like what you wrote- maybe he messed up or changed the lyrics that time? The falsetto "ooooooo" parts are actually words, but I've never ever been able to decipher them. God I love men singing falsetto.

They play with them so much, they probably don't know.

Oh My Love is indecipherable to me most of the time, but there are rumors that Matt has just made them up on some nights. It went through many changes in its infantile stages. Buffalo Head has seemed to have a slight makeover recently too.

It's quite possible that it's changed or Matt just forgot since that song was played in regular rotation.
