TOPIC: Leave It All Behind

I've been thinking about the trouble
We've got troubles
That's not easy to hide
It's just a minor complication
In relation to the natural kind

I think it's time to get away from here
Away from here
Leave all our troubles far behind
Move to the country where the ghost is clear
Ghost is clear
Someplace the sun will always shine

And, we'll be on our way
Whoooa
In your arms to stay
Whoooa
Leave it all behind
Whoooa

There's no need to second guess
When our love's put to the test
We will find
It's just a minor complication
In relation to the natural kind

I think it's time to get away from here
Away from here
Leave all our troubles far behind
Head for the country where the ghost is clear
Ghost is clear
Someplace the sun will always shine

And, we'll be on our way
Whoooa
In your arms to stay
Whoooa
Leave it all behind
Whoooa

And we'll be on our way
Whoooa
In your arms I'll stay
Whoooa
Leave it all behind
Whoooa

If you all have any additions or changes, feel free. I almost always get lyrics wrong.

I think it might be 'where the coast is clear, coast is clear...'
A lifetime serving one machine is ten times worse than prison.

Coast is clear would be the proper use of that colloquialism, but I've heard people mistake it all my life.

Chords:

but the bass line is the most important thing here.. It's all in the A minor scale... A, B, C, D, F, E, A
2ND HALF OF VERSE: Dm Am

CHORUS:
C, Em, Am, G
Dm, Em last time

Dude, that's it. Sometimes I wish this song went one step farther and had another section, but if it ain't broke...

Amen! I've been thinking that ever since I saw them perform it for the first time (at the End I think?). Still probably my favorite.
Daigle is all we need to make the night complete
