TOPIC: A New Day Hath Dawned

As I type this I am sitting in MTSU's library waiting for my theater appreciation class to start. Sigh, 30 more minutes to go...

All in all it hasn't been that rough of a start. It took me 20 minutes to get here from my house (which is normally 5 minutes away) and I did get a tad lost at the start of the day (The Midgett building put me in the right direction). History was fine....looks to be easy.

Now the Mass Comm fest shall begin...

How has everyone else's first day been? any attempts at throwing themselves out a second story window?

I hate MTSU.

Too many lines/people. Plus noone in one part of MTSU's admin. has any idea what another part is doing. So the poor student has to communicate between the two. Bastards.

School sucks. I hate teachers who lecture on the first day. Most people don't even have their books yet. However, Astronomy is awesome! Audio for Media is gonna blow. I have that class for 3 hours tonight. I dread it.

Who's your astronomy professor? Klumpe? If so, congrats. He's a very, very smart man and good teacher.

ha ha, im not in school yet . . . of course, i would rather live in a city that's NOT memphis, not have to drive 3 hours to see my favorite band, not have to miss my ex best friend, and go to a school that doesn't SUCK. so, hey, you've got it pretty good, pal. ph34r.gif
thank you for being a friend.

Why in fact I do have Klumpe. He seems very cool. Astronomy is much cooler than Physical Science.

Day one is complete and it doesn't seem to be that scary, although the thought of having to do a "project" in my theater class scares me. Oh I'm all about some theatre, just not with people who I don't want to talk to. The mass comm class will be okay since I actually have a friend in there and plus, i like media so...eh...

Tomorrow's english looms like storm cloud though....

My first day wasn't bad. I'm still in high school, so I know a lot more of the people in my classes than many of you. I know my fare share of people and that's all I ask for in a school year.
So I'm Hooking up with David Dewese David Dewese, double D Hooking up with DD DD, don't make me say please again oh no again oh no

Like Oompa Loompa. You have to respect a man with a Bachelor's from Cal Tech and who worked for NASA. Or I do anyway. Just pay attention in class, take notes, read. I made a C in the class, but I sat and talked to the girl next to me for the whole semester, so I might not be the best to talk to.

There was this kid in my programming class last year that worked for NASA for a little while. He liked to talk and show his programming "eliteness."

Yeah, but this guy was a project head and worked there for say 8 years. There's a difference.

And a kid? Working for NASA? I find that hard to believe for some reason.

I guess you haven't heard about all of the space probes they've been losing lately.
