Off the top of my head:

Roxy Music: Country Life
The Beatles: Revolver, Sgt. Peppers, The White Album, Abbey Road
Paul McCartney: McCartney
The Jam: Sound Affects
Steve Martin: A Wild and Crazy Guy
The Beatles: Beatles '65

- and any Pizzicato 5 album cover. I have yet to listen to their music, but I feel that eventually I must because I love their covers so much.
But what will happen to the boy when the circus comes to town?

Hmm...off the top of my head (which is being covered by an old man fedora right now due to the negative temp outside)...

Oasis "(What's The Story) Morning Glory?" (Not that great, but I do plan on recreating it myself if I ever go to London)

The Strokes "Is This It" (UK and US, both are quite cool)

Travis "The Man Who" (it's what the MTSU campus looks like right now)

Sterophonics "Performance & Cocktails"

Beck "Sea Change"

Apples In Stero "Velocity of Sound" and "Tone Soul Evolution"

Talking Heads "Fear Of Music"

The Buffalo Head 45 (very witty)

and my favorite of all time would have to be the Oasis "She Is Love/Little By Little" single. It's adorable. I'm sure that when the Features' album comes out, it will have a very very awesome cover.

Ween - Chocolate & Cheese
Sugar Ray - Lemonade & Brownies

Maybe I should start the "best food combinations in an album title" thread.

without my CDs handy (so therefore off the top of my head)

Led Zeppelin III - (the vinyl with the spinning wheel)
Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here
The Beatles - The Beatles
Sonic Youth - Washing Machine

I must give a special shout-out to Brian Bottcher and his work with all the Spongebath albums. Self and Fl Oz have some great art under their belt with his stuff. His collaboration with the Features in recording the Beginning EP has me hoping that they will use him for their forthcoming LP.
That's right...NO AVATAR!!!

The original releases of "The Empire Strikes Back" on VHS feature very nifty paintings. I also love the "Goldmember" poster. The "Planet of the Apes" posters from the 60s are also very very cool. And lastly, the "Autofocus" poster was very nice.

speaking of star wars art, i really like whoever it is who painted the special edition posters, as well as the movie posters for the new films. i have no idea why they're putting a lame photo montage on the dvd editions instead of these paintings. the paintings give it feeling and emotion with a good amount of dramatic effect. Ewan McGregor just looks stupid in that fake lightsaber pose, and Hayden Christensen just looks like he's got a headache.

My sentiments exactly. I love movie paintings and think that they will always be superior to lame photo montages. I have a reprint of a 1977 Star Wars movie poster painted by Greg & Tim Hildebrandt (I think) that I cherish...
