TOPIC: Beck's Sea Change

So I picked up Beck's new CD at Tower last night. Man oh man, quality stuff! For those familiar with his previous album "Mutations", it's very folksy like that one. Real laid-back and earnest with a little bit of extra instrumentation at certain points. His lyrics still make no sense whatsoever, but I still dig it. I think my favorite track at this point is "Lost Cause". What do you guys and gals think?

I LOVE it. For me, Lonesome Tears is perhaps his best work to date, at least for the folksy Beck.

I'm just mad his tour hasn't turned toward our neck of the woods, and therefore I have to wait longer before I can see some live Flaming Lips. I think that will make for interesting shows when they play as his backing band.

I'm mad because the Chicago theatre show was sold out before it went on sale to the public...
