Thought I'd share since there's a lot of Blur fans on here. They're playing at this Coachella Music Festival thingy out in California at the end of April.

You know you have problems, with both money and alcohol, when you find yourself shoving beers down your pants outside a Features show.

Have you ever played the video game called "Hooligans"? Basically, you control a gang of football fans. Your job is to get them drunk and have them rage all over Europe, destroying the fans of rival teams. There's nothing like having a big, fat, drunk Euro-trash guy throw bricks at an innocent by-stander.

On what platform can you find this game Tom? It sounds like fun. It also sounds like a good drinking game, try and keep with the hooligans!

I played it on the PC. I don't think it was ever released for any of the consoles. You can probably find it on Gnutella/Kaaza/eDonkey.

One of the best missions is the one where you have to attack a bus full of rival football players with gasoline bombs. AWESOME!

Note: TheFeatures(.com) does not support, endorse, or recommend that you pirate software. Tom Foolery, on the other hand, thinks it's a great way to pass the time.

OK, I don't know, is this funny? Switching B-L-U-R to "Not-Oasis"? I was waiting for someone to actually type in B-L-U-R again, took an awfully long time in a topic about the very band, and now that I see it I'm not sure if it's amusing me. Oh well, carry on.

I find it amusing that damon, of all people, would confess to listening to someone who is not Oasis.

Ok, so now this has become amusing. I didn't think of the significance of Damon happening to be the first to post the banned word. Cool. Must think of a new word to ban and change into something else.

Oh man, I came up with a whole bunch of ideas on this one the other night, but I can't remember a damn one. I guess I was drinking too much. In fact the whole night is a Not-Oasis.

heh heh. i would have never noticed the banned word had you not pointed it out, brianw. that sentence seems rather natural coming from damon.

personally, i think it's funny when you ban words. others, however, may think you're just being a kitty(!).

hey, wait a minute....

haha...now that i'm back from class, i can see your work, and it is good. i fidn it to be quite amusing...although ti can be confusing anyways, with me being a huge oasis fan and using the name of the lead singer of Not-Oasis...

Damon, your signature is probably my favorite of their songs. Don't guess we'll ever hear that kind of stuff again.

I think it's interesting, damon, that you put the chords with the lyrics, since the album from which "Magic America" came did not have chords with the lyrics (or any lyrics at all, for that matter!) in the album sleeve, while the album before and the album after did have chords in the sleeve. I always liked that about Blur - they were not afraid in the least to be camp as hell. It's like: we're a songbook! My, how attitudes and philosophies have changed in that camp!

Anyhoo, do you play guitar?
