i fucking hate dashboard confessional, but i like bright eyes, and i must admit that a large part of it is conor oberst's hotness. but i also think that, while he is melodramatic to a ridiculous extent, his lyrics are MUCH better than fucking chris carraba's. and also, he's proven that he's capable of rocking out (see: desaparecidos). so even though 75% of my liking bright eyes is for the wrong reasons, 25% is for the right ones.
