Just so you know, tix for the Coldplay show at the Masquerade in ATL Saturday Sept. 14th went on sale this morning. The ticketmaster code is:

cponlineus111

I had a tough time getting on right away. A whole lotta error messages and such. There's a 2 ticket limit and general admission seating. If you have problems, try selecting the last price option (which are all $30 by the way)

Anybody else buy tix yet?
Daigle is all we need to make the night complete

You may like grandma's yard gnomes, but I've seen Rock City. Remember it.

ok...

so what do you all think of the new album? i listened to it all the way through last night, and i'm very pleased. green eyes is probably my favorite song as of now.

also, i thought it was interesting that chris martin dedicated a tune to noel gallagher a few days ago, after the oasis car accident in indy. he also covered a liam-penned song from the new album.

I've had it for a coupla weeks now. Amazing as I expected. I've always loved A Rush of Blood to the Head, but this recording wasn't as dynamic as it was live. Contrawise, God Put A Smile On My Face was much better here than live. And Warning Sign kicks my ass. Hell, so does Politik. And the rest of the album.

Going to the features twice next weekend (boo-yah)
