If there's one thing I miss about Nashville, it's our news. I had my mom send me Harry Chapman's last episode of "Talk of the Town." The news up here is way too fancy and overdone. Impersonal.

Has Chris Clark retired yet? And Demetria's still alive, right?

Channel 4 did a "catch up" with Bill Hall on Monday. It was nice.

Rhori Johnston's replacing Clark. I enjoy Rhori; he's a really nice guy too. Too lazy to look up the real spelling right now.

Though I'm generally a Channel 4 guy, I sure did like that Jamie Reese.
