I'm heading up to East Tennessee in a couple weeks to see a show and a beautiful girl (and she's very beautiful, and smart, and funny...sorry) . I'm probably going to end up spending the weekend, so if anyone from that area (or anyone that visits often) can fill me in on some fun activities (other than seeing said show and seeng said girl) I would be much obliged. I've been to Knoxville several times, but I was usually too drunk to remember. The rest of the area is a mystery.

Music store wise, there's The Disc Exchange. I prefer that place to all music stores in middle TN, so that may occupy some time. There's a big ol' river down there, you could have...I dunno...um...water fun...in the cold water...hmm...all I do when I go to Knoxville is avoid UT games, have water fun, and go to the Disc Exchange, so I'm not much of a help...

The only time I've been is to visit family friends in Knoxville. We usually just have "water fun" as well.
You're so fucking money you don't even know it

East TN...ahh. A place for many activities. Well, not really, unless you're a mullet hunter. There are also the great bands booked by one lw, which happens to be my source of entertainment most of the time.

Where will you be in East Tennessee, and how far are you willing to go?

If you like the outdoors at all, I like going up to the Smoky Mountains and Cades Cove.

You could go visit my awesome friend Christine. She could deliver some babies for you or swing dance with you. But that might piss off the girl you're going to visit...you could drive over to Asheville, one of my top 5 towns in the U.S.

You could hang out with all my friends from high school...some of them are nominal Features fans.
