Eggnog for me too. But don't ever be stupid like me & make it yourself. It involves RAW egg yolks & could ruin the whole drink for you. I've become partial to Silk nog this year- all the flavor, no raw eggs.

You should have included "none of the above" or maybe straight-up milk. That would get my vote.

I grew up on boiled custard and have always loved the stuff. I was amazed when I moved away from home and encountered people who have never even heard of it. That stuff rocks!!! My mom made a gallon and a half for the holiday season.

I'm not a fan of egg nog, but the egg nog shakes at Jack in the Box are pretty good.

After my introduction to boiled custard this year (by TF), it gets my vote. I like eggnog, but there's nothing like drinking something that tastes just like melted vanilla ice cream.

my sentiments exactly - boiled custard! i'd never heard of it until i moved to tennessee. i'm all over that stuff at holiday time. land o' lakes makes a wicked good vanilla flavored egg nog though. i guess that's their way of saying boiled custard.
