i voted for homsar, because he's a song from the 60s. not only that, he was raised by a cup of coffee. bubbs would be number 2, because ray davies is in love with him.

I've always heard it to be "Strong Bad's (aww yeah) like a heart attack"

It makes sense to me:
Coach Z's line is much akin to Dr. Dre's "Unfadable, so please don't try to fade this (Hell yeah)"
While Strong Bad is asserting his lyrical prowess saying that his rhyme(z) will give you a heart attack, cuz he's so badass.
