I usually try to avoid being an obsessive geek, but when I find a band I really like, I usually imagine or daydream up music videos while I'm listening to songs. I recently turned a friend of mine onto the features, and he really wants to go through with making a music video just for fun (he's actually made some pretty impressive short films).

Anyway, he wants to do Armani Suede, and all we can think of right now is to make use of that nice steady beat...kind of like in pink floyd's "another brick in the wall part 2."

Of course, we haven't made any real decisions yet, and it may be a dumb idea, but it sounds like a lot of fun.

Anyone have any similar ideas? Other songs?

Throw in some line dancing, too.

Better yet...Let it be us linedancing. All of the regulars on the messageboard line dancing and signing along. Oh yeah.

i think the nazis used line dancing as a form of "exercise" for the jews. they also madwe them wear pieces of flare.

Still haven't decided on anything, but does the band mind if fans video tape shows? I was possibly thinking of just getting some random shots of them in action at fairbanks in knoxville this thursday and then coming up with something later in editing.
