I would just like to point out that with the exception of a 6 seed beating a 3 seed and a 5 seed beating a 4 seed, all the winners pretty much followed rank. Some would say that this makes for a boring tournament, but I would say that it only points to the fact that Ms. JC is the ultimate authority in what the fans like. Her method of research is truly astounding. Now if only the NCAA could do this. Great job!

I was very happy to see Armani Suede and Moonlight beat the odds. I was also happy to see Someway, Somehow squeak by Thursday. That one had me sweating. Now it gets really interesting. Having me choose between Leave it All Behind and Blow it Out is truly evil. I'm not sure if I can do this...

even though it's one of the newest, I was hoping "that's the way..." would make it further, especially up against "...growing old". I guess it's only my new favorite. What good fun this all is.

I was really rooting for "Million Ways To Sing The Blues" personally. All of the new songs are great and I believe that they will be real contenders next year, especially if featured on an upcoming release...

Yeah, the Diaper Dandy's should be great one year from now, all the same starters with this new, valuable tourney experience, LOOK OUT BABY!

Sadness.

(7) Oh My Love - 7
(2) God Save Rock'n'Roll - 16
Couldn't both of them lose?

"Quote from jamiecarroll on Mar. 24, 2003 at 10:00 AM"
5) Your Smile - 7
(4) Blow It Out - 16
My favorite of the pre-Rollum tunes. Voting would be different if they still played it live...IT HAS CHOREOGRAPHY!

Highway robbery!

I'm not a basketball fan, so I thought I'd get into this like one who frequents sports bars.

no, good sir, you are mistaken. "that's the way it's meant to be" is, hands down, my favorite new song as well. i remember just standing there with my mouth open in amazement the first time i heard it. love at first listen. even though i love "growing old," i wish "that's the way..." could've made it to the next round.

suprisingly enough, i found voting for the songs with results listed above to be tougher than the present round.

I think it's pretty fun. The Wu Tang Clan investment firm and the blind black KKK member were both hilarious.

The first to episodes were absolutely hilarious, then it fell off a bit, but it's still funny. In most cases I would rather see another sketch than the musical act at the end, it makes the show seem shorter. Although, the Roots were pretty cool the other night.
