The idea was actually spawned from the conversation we had, ma'am, so you should be excited. This is the first I've heard that we were doing it the 8th, so yay.

Take off work and come to the show, SoS. You could eat free ice cream, see a great night of rock'n'roll, then take those folks up on the offer for a free place to stay. Life's too short not to be there.

Well, it was going to be a surprise birthday keg party. By the way, does she prefer regular or light beer? Or liquor?

ape--any kind of cake will do. I've said it before, I'll say it again-- I'm easy to please.

OK, Carl, then I'll choose for you: yellow cake with chocolate icing - with 26 candles on it.

I don't think I will be attending.
I am way too disturbed by the news that's been all over CNN lately involving a study in which thousands of dollars was invested to prove the shocking fact that ice cream is not nutritional and in fact has a decent amount of calories and fat.

And to think I thought my frequent intake of Moose Tracks was a diet. Nothing was said about birthday cake, however.

orbit is not sponsoring it, but cnn is, they want to see how much fatter we all get from our unhealthy ice cream intake. yellow cake with choco icing will do. and we will make sure choco ice cream is available. also for those who are lactose intolerent we will try to have freez-e-pops.

any gifts brought for carl's b-day must be delivered to de novo dahl, we will scan them to see if we want them first, and carl will get the leftovers.
there will be a candle ceremony for carl. so 26 will be the #.

Don't waste your money on the freez-e-pops. I will bring enough Dairy Ease for everyone.

I knew I'd have to go as soon as I heard Green Rode Shotgun playing with them. I've been dying to see how Don Sergio does as a drummer.

How about a white cake with white icing from Becker's Bakery? Their cakes are unbeatable.

carl, you're really 26?!? even though you've told me probably atleast 4 times, i'm still shocked everytime i hear it. i suppose you are mature for you age, yet still posess quite the baby face.....you should grow a beard. i'd get you some other type of cake (like lemon-lime), but i'd be too afraid to fail your expectations....plus, i'm exceptionally poor and have tickets to save up for (don't you forget, the better one is mine) happy birthday anyway.............nothing beats a de novo dahl show/birthday party/free ice cream social, nothing ever

Yes, I'll be 26. What of it? I don't know about this "baby face" nonsense and I'm assuming you're kidding about the whole "mature for your age" thing. As far as the whole beard thing goes, let's just say I don't think anyone wants to see that (cue Keith with another embarrassing picture link).

It was awfully nice of you to offer me the better ticket for my birthday that my friend was selling, but alas the show has been cancelled. You'll have to think of something else.
