just checking to see who here reads/ has read harry potter. if you've only seen the film and you want to tell me it sucks, go ahead, im asking about the readers. i personally LOVE harry potter and was wondering if anybody else digs the books, or has any information on when the fifth one is coming out.

I read all of them last semester. I think the new one is slated for next spring, pushed back from thhis fall.

i've read the first two & started the 3rd but never got around to finishing it. i liked them a lot--neat story, easy read, good characters.

Each one is better than the last, you really should finish three and read four.

don't have the patience to read the books.
plus the movie was boring and way too long......

I was told by a knowledgeable-looking man at Davis-Kidd that the reason that the 5th book was pushed back until spring was because some fans had pointed out some inconsistencies in the first four novels and Rowling is going back through the fifth one and straightening some things out. Anybody know if this is true?
