i too would like to wish you a happy birthday.

this makes me think...

wouldn't it be cool to send professional wrestlers to wish happy birthday to people? kind of like a singing telegram, only not...

"OOOOOOOOOOOOH exliontamer! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! Snap into a slim jim!"
~well wishes from Randy Savage
We'll miss you Mr. Hooper.

Grandpa Leroy looks like Royal Tenenbaum, age 75.
I am sad that I forgot the sock monkeys he wanted to give us. 2 old sock monkeys, and I forgot 'em! Curses!

Is he as snazzy a dresser as Royal Tennenbaum? Gene Hackman was sporting some really really cool suits in that movie. And how could one forget sock monkeys? Such a creature combines two of the earth's great wonders....

As I read this my kitten is attacking his sock monkey, Senor Moko. Senor Moko has an extra long tail that's kind of towards the front of his body, so it always looks like...

Mine would have to be: "Oh, that's right, I forgot... we've got another body buried around here, don't we?"

By the way, sweet new avatar, Lauren. How very ultraviolent!

leroy's closet is full of clothes like that. the similarities are pretty striking. his verbal expressions, lack of tact.....he dresses like huck finn now.

Wow that is awesome. It's odd how a person's clothing tastes change over time. A friend looked at me today and said "if you dress like an old man now, are you going to dress trendy when you're 70?" There's some food for thought....

How exactly does Huck Finn dress? I'm envisioning tattered cutoff overalls??

in the summer he'll wear blue jeans that are cut a little past the knees and either a dirty old t-shirt or no shirt. he only shops for clothes at thrift stores. he thinks the goodwill's too expensive.....i agree with him.

i've been told by some of my friends that i dress like a homeless man. they really don't make new clothes for the thin man though.

I've discovered that they've never catered to the medium build, stumpy legged, under 5'8" crowd. Ever. Has anyone ever tried looking for 32x28 pants? It's impossible. But I guess I manage to 'get by' with what few cool articles of clothing I have.
