J.Lo's Mom Wins $2.4 Million on Slot Machine

Jennifer Lopez mom Guadalupe has won a staggering $2.4 million on a Wheel of Fortune gambling machine in an Atlantic City, New Jersey, casino. Lopez scooped the prize from just a $3 stake at the city's Borgato Casino. In a press release, issued by the slot machine owners, Guadalupe, 58, says, "It was divine intervention. I have a great devotion to Our Lady of Guadalupe and had just looked up at the $2 million and said a little prayer to her when I hit the jackpot. Our Lady really looks out for me. When I won, my knees started shaking and I started yelling and screaming." Lopez, whose daughter has a multi-million dollar fortune, was handed a check for $121,000 - the remaining $2,421,291.76 million will be paid in installments over the next 19 years. Guadalupe is reportedly a longtime gambling fan - she accompanied J.Lo and her former fiance Ben Affleck on poker playing trips to Las Vegas, Nevada, and allegedly persuaded her daughter to give Affleck a second chance when the actress feared his gambling was wrecking their relationship.
That's so NA.

yeah, that sucks, how come people like me that are broke as hell, without a car, and in college don't win tons of money.
Sometime's I'm thinking that I love you, but I know it's only lust.

If I were a saint, and saints really do perform miracles, it would be lottery-style miracles. For women with millionaire daughters.

If I were the Virgin Mary, I would teach all the world the ways of God and piety and goodness by giving them more money than they know what to do with. Nothing like endless wealth to bring a person to God.

It makes me sick when I see people in the gas station buying up like 20 dollars in tickets and paying for 25 bucks in gas too! I just wanna smack em for wasting that money. I can do alot with 20 bucks...

I feel the very same way, but it's not my place to think that. One guy that is a friend of the owners at the tobacco store comes in every night and spends about $100 on tickets. He also buys them during the day. He is not married, has no kids, his house is payed for, doesn't drink alcohol, doesn't do drugs, doesn't smoke cigarettes, makes a lot of money each week, and has all of his parents money since they left it to him when they died (he was their only child). Needless to say, he doesn't have many expenses. He won $500 last night on a $5 ticket. He had bought about $30 worth of tickets at that point. The unfortunate part is, he is still probably $1000 (or more) in the hole. But, that's how he has a good time. God bless the old bastard.

$500 man he was lucky but like you said, look how much money he's spent on tickets. $500 is a drop in the bucket. My Aunt buys up anywhere from 20 to 50 bucks in tickets when she plays. She laughs at me when I buy one ticket. She has won some money but not nearly as much as she's spent.
