I hate when you order something and it takes for ever an a day to get to you. I for example have been waiting for about 3 1/2 to 4 weeks for something to arrive. It sucks a major _______(fill in the blank).

Get it shipped express or priority next time. Sure, it costs more, but we're all rich here, right?

I waited 3 1/2 months for one item on ebay that cost around $180. I know how you feel.

I'm about to pay around $800 for something on E-bay. Hopefully the shipment will be a bit quicker.

i like ordering things in the mail b/c it gives me something to look forward to (and mail other than bills). in the computer age no one writes letters anymore. i used to have a bunch of pen pals in middle school & i'd get about 10-20 letters a week. most of the pen pals were other B-52's fans.

i recently ordered exliontamer a "FUELMAN" sign because he's wanted to steal one from a gas station for as long as i can remember. it was only about $25 with shipping.

you should hide the packaging and make up some elaborate story about how you stole it from the gas station. the story could involve a deisel fuel explosion, a stray cat, the spare change dish, and jail time. just a thought...

i hardly ever get stuff in the mail. but it's always a treat when i do. the best is when it takes a little while for it to get there and you forget all about it. then it comes and it's awesome.

Ebay is a great place and I've always received moderatly speedy service. One thing that sucks about Ebay, all the Richard Dawson autographs are always from his 94-95 return stint on the "Feud" when he was really old. And they never have tapes of "Bands on the Run." Other than that, Ebay totally rocks and I should be kept away from it...I end up buying Mohawk Storm patches and the like...

eBay is one of my favorite things of all time, and I love getting packages in the mail. It's very exciting.
But what will happen to the boy when the circus comes to town?

Geez, it's in the mail.

Also, there was a lot to talk about last night, hence the 50+ effort.

i'm looking to buy a bike and i've thought of using ebay for it.....or does someone from the area have a bike that they want to sell??? (i don't want your little sister's pink bike with a my little pony basket on it---been there, done that)....

i think it's ok to post alot, but that just proves that you sit on your computer far too much while you could be drinking tea and watching people play tennis while paul smokes. today i am posting as much as i have time for, but that's just cause i want the "newbie" thing to go away.

I am the eBay queen. Bow to me!

There is a little "Shop" button on my computer's keyboard, and ebay is where that little button leads me. I have a webcam coming (to make some porn of my own, Keith...You are not alone) that I bought off of there at the moment. I also just sold a DVD that I didn't want anymore. I made $12.00, which is much better than I could have done by selling it back to Dad's CDs (sorry, Josh) here in JC. Actually, the webcam is my cheaper alternative to taking pictures of things that I sell on eBay, since I sold my digital camera on there. Plus, I want to be able to save up for one of those deluxe digital cameras instead of a $75.00 one that I could get off of eBay now. Anyway, yes, eBay rules me as well.

I sell my stuff on half.com. It is owned by E-bay, but instead of auctioning off stuff, you set your own price. I sold about 20 CDs there, making at least two or three times as much on all of them than I would have selling them at Great Escape. I definitely recommend it if you want to clear out your CD/DVD collection and make some money doing it.

I've got a textbook from this past semester on there at the moment. It didn't really cross my mind to sell CDs and DVDs on there. Thanks for the suggestion; I will try that.

depending on what you buy on ebay, you may not be getting a good deal. my ex-roommate buys all of his computer parts and peripherals through ebay and ends up spending probably 10% more because of the off chance that the auction would be cheaper. *shakes head* I've gotten a few nice t-shirts from e-bay however... and a couple good sets of anime videos.
