Thank you everyone for the kind words! I know it hadn't officially come out on the message board (until now), but we were trying to tell our friends and family in person. We are so excited to share this with everyone, but sorry to those that had to find out indirectly or through the message board.

I just wanted to say that I'm sorry for starting this thread. It was tacky.

In my defense, though, 1) I tried to be as vague as possible (I never thought I had a problem with that) and 2) I assumed it would be public knowledge seeing that the ring was on the finger at the show. Actually, I heard the gossip before the show, but waited until I knew it to be true.

Hey- don't take on the guilt- I'm the one who made it blatant. I too thought it was essentially public. I'm sure there are no hard feelings that people are unable to contain their excitement, though.

i got one of those cool esp things a couple days back to call mindy. of course, the ho doesn't answer her phone unless it's after 9, but still.

if i was actually at the show, maybe i'd have seen the ring. i'm still miffed about not being there. but i'm sure it's gorgeous

everyone is just going to have to start getting used to this stuff. even if it's not true.

i mean, this time next year when melinda is sick, she and roger will replace jenn and brad on the cover of people magazine which will read "FEATURES' ROGER DABBS AND WIFE EXPECTING??!!! are these pictures of her looking ill while shopping in soho morning sickness? sources close to the couple say YES....."
