i realize that this may not be the hippest of ways to pass my time, but as of late i've been on a bit of a fishing kick. aside from going to sumner county (nothing against sumner county), is there anywhere around murfreesboro besides walter hill to go fishing?
We'll miss you Mr. Hooper.

Damon, I can tell you some good little places to fish down in southwest Davidson County or Williamson County. Murfreesboro is foriegn territory for me.

Damon, a good place to start would be the Little Harpeth River. And a great place to fish on the Little Harpeth is in Edwin Warner Park on Vaughn Road near Bellevue. The river runs along the side of the park. Just park in any of those parking lots and walk over a few feet to the river. It's a little river, and unless it's flooded, you can wade it. But there are deep holes in some parts - and that's where the fish are.

I went crabbing for the first time when I was in New Orleans. It was real fun. But I wish we would've caught some crabs.

when we used to go to destin fla, we also went crabbing. it was great!!! we bought the box crab traps and they worked like a charm... I dare say that catching them was more fun than eating them....

when i was in central park last weekend, i was watching the people fishing and i was like, "man, that looks like fun. i think it might be a fun thing to do" and jordache was all, "no. its really boring. you just kinda wait for a while". so then i started thinking about how badly i would feel if i caught a fish and killed it. of course, i wouldn't eat it bc im a vegetarian. so i would throw it back. but THEN i felt kinda badly about just catching one and torturing it for a while and then throwing it back with a bleeding lip.
sorry guys, no fishing for me today.

deep thoguhts by stalker on skates . . . dry.gif

ps i don't think there's anything wrong with fishing, i just can't do it. not trying to be captain guilt - monger.
thank you for being a friend.

Just so you know, I'm refraining from all of the Sesame Street "character" jokes running through my head.
